Overview:\nRecruiting on behalf of a facilities management provider for a hands-on Lead Site Engineer with an electrical bias and (desirable) LVAP certification.\n\nThis role is ideal for a multi-skilled engineer who can lead from the front, respond effectively to reactive calls, and is not afraid to get stuck in.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Lead and deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.\n\n * \n\n Carry out electrical work in line with LVAP standards and safety protocols.\n\n * \n\n Supervise and support the on-site engineering team.\n\n * \n\n Respond promptly to maintenance issues, ensuring minimal downtime.\n\n * \n\n Manage and record all tasks using a CAFM system (Vantify or ELogs experience highly desirable).\n\n * \n\n Communicate effectively with the client and management to ensure service excellence.\n\nSkills & Experience Required:\n\n * \n\n Proven track record as a Lead or Senior Engineer within building services/facilities maintenance.\n\n * \n\n LVAP certified with strong electrical expertise.\n\n * \n\n Multi-skilled background, with confidence in various maintenance disciplines.\n\n * \n\n Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving approach.\n\n * \n\n Experience with CAFM systems (Vantify or ELogs ).\n\nThe Opportunity:\nThis is a great chance to join a respected FM provider, take ownership of site operations, and make a tangible impact in a busy, client-facing role
