Overview:
Recruiting
on behalf of a facilities management provider for a hands-on Lead Site Engineer with an electrical bias and (desirable) LVAP certification.

This
role is ideal for a multi-skilled engineer who can lead from the front, respond effectively to reactive calls, and is not afraid to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Lead and deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

*

Carry out electrical work in line with LVAP standards and safety protocols.

*

Supervise and support the on-site engineering team.

*

Respond promptly to maintenance issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

*

Manage and record all tasks using a CAFM system (Vantify or ELogs experience highly desirable).

*

Communicate effectively with the client and management to ensure service excellence.

Skills
& Experience Required:

*

Proven track record as a Lead or Senior Engineer within building services/facilities maintenance.

*

LVAP certified with strong electrical expertise.

*

Multi-skilled background, with confidence in various maintenance disciplines.

*

Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving approach.

*

Experience with CAFM systems (Vantify or ELogs ).
