It’s a professional environment providing resources to develop your skills, your work and personal development will be further supported by research and innovation teams allowing you to produce cutting edge design.\nYou will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge, experience and problem-solving skills on local net zero projects through to leading complex UK-based engineering projects.\nResponsibilities\n * Ensuring an understanding of project briefs.\n * Design and specification of all Mechanical Building Services systems - heating, cooling, ventilation, controls, etc.\n * Carry out the production of detailed calculations using industry standard software tools Preparing technical specifications.\n * Collaborate with the BIM team to prepare models and drawings\n * Client meetings, site surveys, inspections and monitor site works.\n * Managing own workload, updating forward plan of workload\n * Assist with technical development of junior staff.\nRequirements\n * Degree qualified, or equivalent qualification, in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related subjects.\n * Working towards CEng with CIBSE or IMechE.\n * Good level of computer literacy in a range of digital tools, Revit and IES VE experience would be advantageous.\n * Flexible attitude and enthusiastic approach to work and level of responsibility given.\n * This role requires you to be a UK due to the nature of some client projects.\nRewards and Benefits\n * This role comes with a wide range of benefits including 25 Days, Life Assurance, Income Protection, Pension, Professional Fees, Flexible/Hybrid Working
