iOS Engineer | Tech for Good | Up to £110,000 plus equity | London / Hybrid

We’re hiring an iOS Engineer at a mission-driven deep tech company — think autonomous vehicle-level complexity, applied to a completely new domain. This role will lead the build of the mobile app and mentor three junior/mid level engineers.

The team is building a monolith-based system with deep technical challenges and real-world impact. You will work alongside top scientists, designers, and engineers in a flat, fast-moving team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on technically complex products with a focus on frontend development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build of the mobile app (iOS) for a mission-driven deep tech project.
• Mentor three junior/mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate with scientists, designers, and engineers in a flat, fast-moving team.
• Focus on frontend development for technically complex products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, ideally an iOS or Mobile engineer, in a startup or high-growth business.
• Frontend engineering skills; iOS or Android experience is a bonus.
• Nice-to-have: background in imaging, video, computer vision or simulation products (not required).
• Keen interest in working on technically complex products.
