Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (some irregular shifts; 2–3 days/week in-office)

Japanese Speaking Network Engineer - What You'll Be Doing:

• This position emphasizes technical skills, customer focus, communication ability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Design, build, and implement enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/Wireless, etc.)
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the performance of existing networks
• Configure and install devices such as L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls
• Participate in technical meetings, define requirements, and make proposals with clients and business partners

Japanese Speaking Network Engineer - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Mother tongue standard Japanese
• Hands-on experience as a network engineer with major network devices such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba
• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP) Preferred
• Knowledge or experience with Windows Server or virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) Preferred
• Excellent communication skills for interacting directly with clients and understanding their needs
