Role Requirements

• Design, build, and test bespoke software solutions that meet complex customer needs.
• Work with modern frameworks and open-source technologies to deliver scalable solutions.
• Deploy software systems into both cloud and private environments (AWS, Azure).
• Collaborate within an agile team and engage with stakeholders to shape requirements.
• Contribute to projects across the full software lifecycle, from concept to support.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Java Engineer, with extensive commercial development exposure.
• Hands-on Full Stack or Backend knowledge with modern Java and supporting technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to lead or mentor within teams and build strong client relationships.
• Eligible and willing to obtain UK security clearance (must hold a British passport and have lived in the UK for 5+ years).
