In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to our customers, contribute to the commercial growth of the company, and help shape the next generation of our software solutions.The RoleAs a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical queries, ensuring our customers gain maximum value from our software.
