My client are specialist machine manufatcure of bespoke solutions and equipment for multiple sectors are looking for a Junior Control Systems Engineer to join their engineering team which is now growig and seeking additional support.

Job Responsibilities:

* Programming PLCs, HMI’s and Servo systems (Siemens and Allen Bradley) for bespoke machines.

* Designing Electrical Control Systems.

* Testing, De-bugging, Commissioning and Servicing of Machines.

* Problem Solving both on-site at customers premises and remotely via email / web access.

* Dealing with Suppliers in the UK and Overseas.

Experience Required:

* Understanding of Siemens and / or Rockwell Allen Bradley plc and servo systems.

* Experience of special-purpose automated machines.

* An understanding of Industry 4.0, data collection and transfer, communication protocols etc.

* A highly-organised and tidy work style.

* Willingness to travel overseas for short periods.

* Qualified to Degree level or equivalent in Electrical / Control Engineering
