Data is at the heart of what we do. The Data Engineering team builds and maintains the data platform, ensuring data is reliable, accessible and ready for use across the company. Our work powers machine learning, analytics and reporting, and we collaborate closely with BI, data science, product engineers, product managers and CRM teams.

Responsibilities

  • As a junior data engineer, learn and contribute to building and maintaining our data platform. You\'ll work with experienced teammates to develop your skills while contributing to platform growth.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines using AWS Database Migration Service.
  • Develop custom pipelines in Python using the Meltano framework.
  • Participate in developing data transformations using dbt.
  • Manage resources across Snowflake and AWS environments using Terraform.
  • Assist in implementing data validation checks, writing tests and updating documentation.
  • Monitor, debug and improve the performance of the data platform with Datadog.
  • Collaborate with your squad to deliver work in small, valuable increments using agile practices.
