As such, exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about data and eager to build a career in data engineering as part of our team. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and analysts on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience with a modern data stack and contributing to both project-based and business-as-usual (BAU) work.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processesAssist in ingestion, transformation, and modelling of data for analytics and AI use casesHelp monitor and improve data quality and reliability across AI-enabled systemsParticipate in the development and testing of new data solutions and improvementsCollaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirementsContribute to documentation and best practices across the data engineering functionTake ownership tasks and projects with guidance and support from senior team membersSupport integration of AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, machine learning APIs) into internal data workflowsThe PersonWe’re looking for someone who’s curious, motivated, and passionate about working with data — whatever path you’ve taken to get here.Whether you’ve recently graduated, completed a coding bootcamp, are self-taught, or are making a career change into tech, we want to hear from you.You might be a good fit if you:Have a strong interest in data engineering, analytics, or AIEnjoy solving problems and working with data and technologyAre eager to learn, take feedback on board, and grow your skills in a supportive environmentCan communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical peopleAre comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative team juggling multiple prioritiesPay attention to detail and take pride in delivering quality workWe value potential, attitude, and willingness to learn over having a “perfect” CV.
