Role Snapshot / Features

• Design AV/smart-home systems: floorplans, schematics and cable schedules
• Produce client proposals and accurate as-built documentation
• Collaborate with project and install teams to refine solutions
• Prepare O&M documentation and keep records up to date
• Stay current with AV and smart-home trends

You\'ll Need

• 2+ years' experience in AV installation, integration or engineering (residential preferred, but not essential)
• Interest in stepping into design; CAD/AutoCAD experience is great but full training provided
• Strong technical mindset and a collaborative, detail-driven approach
• Ambition to grow into senior/lead positions
