Responsibilities

• Support development activities associated with the ATA28 Fuel system, subsystems and equipment.
• Support the ATA28 fuel team within the Fuel Control & Indication Systems perimeter.
• Work with other ATA28 Engineers and signatories along with interfaces such as Fuel systems interfaces, Certification specialists, Procurement and Vendors.
• Support ATA28 System activities, including system development and plan reviews required within the Statement of Work (SoW), supplier engagement and stakeholder management.
• Assess new functionality to systems, new and modified requirements to the system, and cascade them to suppliers.
• Support phase reviews and Validation and Verification activities.

Qualifications

• You hold an engineering degree or equivalent, ideally with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience supporting Fuel System design activities.
• Knowledge of the Control & Indication perimeter and/or Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) would be beneficial.
• Requirements management, including use of DOORS is desirable.
• This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success. Someone suitable for dynamic early development phase environments. Capable of driving projects forward with minimal information, following and generating new processes;
• Team player, keen to share their knowledge and work collaboratively within a fairly small team;
• Customer centric and able to build relationships in a matrix environment;
• You have very good communication and negotiation skills;
• You are autonomous, curious, proactive, rigorous, with great attention to detail;
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
