What You Will Be Doing
- Contributing and supporting change initiatives to implement new processes, technologies, or systems, and ensuring successful adoption and integration across the organisation.
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks by implementing preventive measures and controls to ensure smooth operations and minimise disruptions.
- Embedding best practice into standard work and sharing across the network.
- Providing training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required
- Evidence of supporting cross functional change projects
- Good leadership and project management skills
- Manufacturing best practice in line with H&S is preferred but not essential
- Lean Six Sigma Training is preferred
