Are you a junior engineer with a passion for automation, controls, and real-world problem solving? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the development and programming of PLC control systems using platforms such as Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 and Siemens TIA Portal
• Assisting in the testing, integration, and commissioning of automation systems across multidisciplinary projects
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user-friendly guides
• Collaborating with software, electrical, and mechanical teams to ensure smooth system delivery
• Contributing to remote and occasional on-site commissioning and support activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Some exposure to PLC programming (academic, early-career experience, or internships)
• Familiarity with structured text, ladder logic, or industrial control systems
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a collaborative, hands-on engineering environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally as part of project delivery

Desirable (But Not Essential):

• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Project work related to industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing systems
• Interest in sustainability, clean tech, or mission-led engineering
