Join our team as a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer and play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions built around Salesforce and its connected applications. You’ll contribute to thorough testing processes that help ensure our solutions meet the highest standards. Salary: National £25,212 - £27,733 | London £27,228 - £29,950

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior QA and project team members to analyse requirements and create test plans
• Set up, execute, and maintain manual tests aligned with our processes and user scenarios
• Identify and log bugs, working closely with development and project teams to resolve issues

• Salesforce Test Framework
  Support improvements across the QA lifecycle in collaboration with senior team members
• Execute manual test plans across various environments
• Assist with regression testing and explore opportunities for automation

• Quality Control
  Create and maintain documentation covering critical areas of the platform
• Ensure release and operational teams are informed of known issues and workarounds
• Contribute to status reports on testing progress and outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Passion for software development, demonstrated through academic or personal projects
• Basic understanding of software development principles
• Exposure to Salesforce technologies (through coursework or personal projects) is a plus
• Familiarity with work management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Logical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow your skills
