Salary: National £25,212 - £27,733 | London £27,228 - £29,950

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior QA and project team members to analyse requirements and create test plans
- Set up, execute, and maintain manual tests aligned with our processes and user scenarios
- Identify and log bugs, working closely with development and project teams to resolve issues
- Salesforce Test Framework
Support improvements across the QA lifecycle in collaboration with senior team members - Execute manual test plans across various environments
- Assist with regression testing and explore opportunities for automation
- Quality Control
Create and maintain documentation covering critical areas of the platform - Ensure release and operational teams are informed of known issues and workarounds
- Contribute to status reports on testing progress and outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for software development, demonstrated through academic or personal projects
- Basic understanding of software development principles
- Exposure to Salesforce technologies (through coursework or personal projects) is a plus
- Familiarity with work management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Logical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow your skills
