PE Global is recruiting Junior Software Engineers for our pharma client based in Wrexham. There are multiple positions available. This is an initial 12-month contract and the rate for this role is £28.89 PAYE p/hour.

This role is hybrid working 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities

• Deploying scripts, updates and fixes.
• Deploy applications via automation with configuration management tools.
• Input and upload translations.
• Verify all updates
• Carry out testing and as required
• Complete all relevant GxP documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of software engineering or software development experience with one or more relevant technologies OR a relevant computer science degree.
• Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering degree is preferred but not required.
• Engineering mindset and problem solving skills, with focus on testing, are required.
• Understanding of JSON file format
• Demonstrable understanding of best practices in software engineering, including testing
• Familiarity with Git Branching and versioning strategy
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
