Laminate Project Engineer Location: Coventry Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE

We're recruiting for a Laminate Project Engineer to join a leading manufacturing and engineering organisation. This is a varied, hands-on role that blends practical shop-floor work with technical CAD design, perfect for someone who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to finished part.

Purpose of the Role:

Create templates and nest files for kit cutting prior to laminating. Develop comprehensive Ply Books for laminators to follow. Action any "Up Issues" quickly and effectively. Increase material efficiency by nesting multiple parts and projects together. Split time between desk based and shop floor.Key Skills & Experience:

Laminating (pre-preg) experience or strong understanding - essential. CAD experience - Siemens NX highly desirable. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
