Are you ready to lead the future of sustainable composites? iO Associates have partnered with a cleantech innovator developing innovative chemical technologies to recycle advanced materials. We're seeking a Lead Composites Engineer to spearhead the development of their chemical recycling technology, a breakthrough in resin removal and fibre recovery.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you'll shape fibre processing strategy, lead pilot plant development, and manage high-impact projects across aerospace, defence, automotive, and renewables.
What you'll do: Develop new products using recovered fibres (carbon, aramid, UHMWPE, glass) Prototype parts and benchmark fibre performance Lead internal and external projects using structured delivery tools Contribute to grant proposals and technical scoping
