We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Control Engineer to lead our Service Control Engineers. The successful candidate will manage a team of Control Engineers in providing Technical Support & aftersales care for our products in the Offshore Energy sector; ensuring clients’ needs are met in a professional & timely manner. You will be responsible for: * Leadership and development of a small team of Control Engineers. * Providing Technical support, Investigation and resolution of Control System related issues across a wide range of our products. * Implementing upgrades and updates to existing equipment. * Ensuring customers are well supported in their service needs and technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction. * Efficient Management & Prioritisation of workload for the Engineers. * Delivering a high standard of work in line with our Software quality control procedures.
