Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery, working with architects to create automated tests, instill a culture of continuous improvement, and set standards for the team.
• Build a greenfield modern data platform using cutting-edge technologies; architect big data solutions and develop complex enterprise data ETL and ML pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentorship to the engineering team in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to SOLID principles, CI/CD, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Python, PySpark and SQL experience; solid Databricks knowledge; passion for Data Science (R, Machine Learning, AI).
• Experience with relational and No-SQL databases (e.g., Aurora, MS SQL Server, MySQL).
• Solid Agile and Scrum exposure; knowledge of SOLID principles; experience with CI tools, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud platforms (ideally AWS).
