You'll be someone who comes from a strong development background, working on ETLs and passionate about all things data related.

You should come from a good academic background and excellent data engineering skills, demonstrated within the hedge fund/ trading space.

You'd be coming into a greenfield environment, contributing to a new data platform whilst also building out a data engineering team as a lead.

Preferably, you're an expert with Python, but proficiency in any language is fine.
