Lead Data Engineer\n\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lead Data Engineer to join a London based global law firm on a permanent basis.\n\nLead Data Engineer\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* Design and build scalable, cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).\n* Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.\n* Deliver dashboards and reports using Power BI. \n* Lead a small team of data engineers and analysts.\n* Support AI/ML analytics and data science initiatives.\n* Ensure data governance, quality, and security compliance (e.g. GDPR).\n* Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver data-driven insights.\n* Improve data processes, automation, and system performance.\n\nLead Data Engineer\n\nAttributes/Skills:\n\n* Strong experience in data engineering and cloud platforms.\n* Proficient in SQL, Python, and Power BI (DAX, Power Query).\n* Experience with data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL pipelines.\n* Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and modern data tools.\n* Previous team leadership or mentoring experience.\n* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n* Experience in professional services (legal or similar) .\n\nLead Data Engineer\n\nIn accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.\n\nDGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
