Lead Signalling Design Engineer

to guide design teams in the safe and successful delivery of critical rail infrastructure projects across the network. To succeed in this role, youll bring strong technical knowledge of signalling systems and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a project environment. Essential Requirements: HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Minimum of 5 years experience working within rail signalling design or systems engineering. Demonstrable understanding of railway signalling principles and design processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to coordinate design activities, meet deadlines, and maintain technical quality. Desirable: IRSE Principles Designer Licence (1.1.130). Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage people and priorities effectively.
