We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial leadership role for a hands-on expert who will guide and empower project teams, address intricate technical challenges, and drive the implementation of high-impact DevOps and cloud solutions.

This is a hybrid role working from any of our Waracle offices 2 days a week (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, London).

As a Lead Engineer, you will be instrumental in guiding the technical direction and delivery of specific projects. You'll be central to building scalable, resilient, and efficient delivery pipelines, fostering a culture of operational excellence within your projects, and ensuring our solutions align perfectly with both client business goals and our strategic objectives. This role involves mentoring team members and ensuring the adoption of best practices across your engagements.
