DevOps Lead required by rapidly growing software house to work in a highly impactful hands-on role taking responsibility for DevOps tools and processes across multiple development and platform teams. Closely aligned with our development teams and overseeing smooth deployment into production, you will act as the escalation point for issue resolution and be a pivotal figure in the improvement of the overall DevOps estate in terms of tool selection, process automation and CI/CD pipeline management. We would expect some one at this level to have significant previous experience in a Senior DevOps role and a wide exposure to software development architecture and methodologies. The multi-disciplinary nature of the role means that stakeholder management, communication, leadership and organisational skills will be heavily drawn upon. In terms of Tech Stack it would be nice to see experience in some of the following : Using Azure Devops tools to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines Experience of AWS Cloud Infrastructure (EC2, RDS, Lambda) Exposure to Mobile application deployment (Fastlane, App Store etc) Real Time data Messaging (Apache Kafka, Amazon SQS) Containerisation (Kubernetes , Docker)

We would require the successful applicant to be with us in our Warwickshire based HQ 3-4 days a week , at least to begin with in order to to learn about products , tech stack and to build rapport with our fantastic team.
