OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer for our client located in Immingham. The appointed will lead, produce, review and check electrical activities and deliverables which include, Philosophies, Specifications, Schedules, Drawings & Diagrams, Datasheets and Technical Requisitions for long lead items. Have good knowledge of electrical systems, Electrical based software design packages. In addition, it is expected that the incumbent will perform a supervisory role mentoring more junior engineers and designers and be actively involved in client liaison, bid preparation and work prioritisation and allocation within the team. You will also: Participate in multi-discipline Engineering Design Reviews and provides all necessary power and electrical engineering input and support to close out of actions. Identifies a clear scope of work and prepares the Master Document Register (MDR). Responsible for planning / scheduling the electrical engineering activities and manpower resource. Prepare and review electrical designs Delegate some level of supervision and specific checking activities to appropriate competent personnel.
