Description
As the Lead Electrical Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime. Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and resolve technical issues. Analyse and troubleshoot electrical faults, providing swift resolutions. Maintain accurate records of electrical works, maintenance, and inspections. Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skill levels.Profile
