What You’ll Do

• Lead technical oversight and project delivery from concept to completion.
• Support customer development and contribute to technical sales strategy.
• Validate specifications and ensure engineering readiness for fulfilment.
• Manage cross-functional technical projects and collaborate across multiple sites.
• Escalate and resolve complex engineering issues with clarity and confidence.

What You Bring

• Degree-qualified in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering (or Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience).
• Extensive aerospace experience, ideally in MRO environments.
• Deep knowledge of landing gear systems—mechanical, hydraulic, structural.
• Familiarity with aircraft documentation (AMM, IPC, CMM) and MRP/SERP systems (SAP, AMOS).
• Understanding of EASA regulations (21J, 21G, 145).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Lead cross-functional teams.
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
• Mandatory training provided.
