An established manufacturer of high-performance building products is seeking an experienced R&D Testing and NPD Engineer Lead to join their expanding Technical and R&D team. The Role As the R&D Testing and NPD Engineer Lead , you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering the company's product testing and new product development programmes. You'll ensure all products meet compliance, certification, and commercial standards while supporting innovation across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of product testing and R&D projects in line with the company's development roadmap
