THE ROLE: You will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of complete seating systems across multiple vehicle programs. This includes front and rear seats, mechanisms, comfort features, safety integration, and trim interfaces. Youll work cross-functionally to ensure that seating systems meet performance, ergonomic, safety, and aesthetic targets while aligning with manufacturing and cost objectives.
