ISQ Recruitment are supporting a well-established food business in Essex with their search for an experienced and hands-on Lead Engineer . This business is known for producing high-quality, sustainable snacking products and supplying leading retailers and foodservice customers across the UK and internationally.
As a key member of a small engineering team, you will take the lead in ensuring reliable equipment performance (electrical & mechanical), supporting process improvements, supporting the other Engineers, and contributing to continuous improvement.
The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license , access to their own vehicle , and full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
