We are seeking experienced Lead Shift Engineers for a prestigious contract at within the heart of London
Job Title: Shift Lead Engineer
Location: Moorgate
Pattern: Continental Day Shift (4on/40ff and 6on/60ff)
Hours: 07:00 to 19:00
Salary: £54,000 + Overtime
As a Lead Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your shift and managing a small team of 1-2 engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to:
Delegate and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs), ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Create and maintain work schedules for your team.
Complete all necessary paperwork, including compliance log books and other essential documentation.
Ensure full site compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications needed:
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Bias 18th EditionTo be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of experience within the Facilities Management (FM) building services sector as a Lead or Shift Engineer.
