Overview

La Fosse are currently partnered with a customer who are looking to hire an experienced Lead EUC Engineer / Specialist into their team, on an initial 6 month contract. This role is outside IR35, paying £450-550 per day and based out of their London office. Ideally they're looking for 1 day a week on-site, but can be a bit more flexible if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and delivery across EUC environments.
• Lead and influence the design, deployment and support of O365 suite.
• Manage Intune & JAMF MDM for device management and configuration.
• Utilise Nexthink DEX & Automation to monitor, analyse and improve end-user experience.
• Implement and manage Defender Suite (Endpoint, 365, Identity, Cloud Apps).
• Work with Entra Suite (Identity Management) to secure access and identities.
• Apply ITIL practices & IT Service Management to ensure effective incident, problem and change management.
• Operate in multi-domain organisations and hybrid environments (cloud and domain-joined).
• Simplify solutions to address technical debt with an out-of-the-box mindset.
• Collaborate within a hybrid team environment, preferably with TCS background.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of GenAI (Copilot) to inform decisions and solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical capabilities across EUC and related tools.
• Experience with O365 suite, Intune & JAMF MDM.
• Experience with Nexthink DEX & Automation.
• Experience with Defender Suite (Endpoint, 365, Identity, Cloud Apps).
• Experience with Entra Suite (Identity Management).
• Strong ITIL/ITSM practices experience.
• Experience in multi-domain organisations and hybrid environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex solutions addressing technical debt.
• Understanding of GenAI (Copilot).
