Lead Frontend Engineer (TypeScript, React, AWS)

OCHO are working with a scaling organisation to appoint a Lead Frontend Engineer. You'll own the frontend stack, leading with React and TypeScript on AWS, building event-driven user interfaces at scale. This is a technical leadership role where you'll combine hands-on coding with mentoring and setting standards.

• Architect and build complex frontends in React/TypeScript.
• Deliver cloud-native solutions on AWS with event-driven design.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar on UI engineering.
• Shape the technical strategy for frontend development.

Tech Environment

• Languages/Frameworks: React, TypeScript
• Cloud & Infra: AWS services for scale and integration.
• Patterns: Event-driven, micro-frontends, cloud-native delivery.
• Tooling: CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, monitoring and analytics.
