Lead Installation Engineer

Lead Automation Installation Engineer required to join a global engineering service provider specialising in automated and intelligent software solutions.\n\nDuties will include:\n\n-Leading a team to Install, Commission, and support Automated Systems including Conveyors, Robotic Cells, and Crane Systems.\n\n-Mechanical and Electrical Fault Finding, System Integration, and ensuring Installations meet safety and performance standards.\n\n-Provide on-site and remote support for installed systems.\n\n-Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs.\n\nWorking on various sites all over the UK. Must be willing to travel and work away from home.\n\nMust have experience working with:\n\n-Robotic Programming and Integration.\n\n-Knowledge of Crane Systems and Lifting Equipment Regulations.\n\n-Proven experience in automation installation (Conveyors, Robotics, Cranes)\n\n-Strong Electrical and Mechanical Fault Finding skills\n\n-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams\n\n-Experience with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley)\n\nThe ideal candidate must have the following:\n\n-NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering\n\n-Valid CSCS card or equivalent\n\n-Full UK driving licence\n\n-Certification in Electrical safety (e.g. 18th Edition)\n\n-IPAF, PASMA, or similar site access qualifications\n\nSalary is up to £45,000 for the ideal candidate
