As we continue to invest in our people, platforms, and products, we’re looking for talented Lead JavaScript Engineers across our platforms to help us build scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.

You’ll join a collaborative, agile environment where you’ll lead engineering teams empowering them to design and develop both frontend and components of modern applications. You’ll work with cloud-native technologies, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality software that makes a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspire and guide engineering teams, empowering them to design, build, test, and deploy modular, cloud-native applications and APIs.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Quality Engineers, and executive stakeholders to align technical delivery with strategic goals.
  • Drive architectural decisions and technical governance, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • Integrate seamlessly with internal systems and third-party APIs, delivering smooth and intuitive user experiences.
  • Shape engineering strategy and innovation, influencing the future direction of our platforms, practices, and ways of working.
  • Mentor and develop talent, cultivating an inclusive environment where engineers can grow, thrive, and do their best work.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for lead engineers who are adaptable, curious, and passionate about building great software!

To help us understand how you might contribute to our team, please highlight any relevant experience with the following skills and technologies in your application:

  • Leadership Experience – Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams, shape technical strategy, and influence cross-functional collaboration.
  • Frontend Development – Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for building modern, responsive user interfaces. Experience with React, Next.js, Redux, Vue.js, or Angular is highly desirable.
  • DevOps & Cloud – Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Harness. Familiarity with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration. Exposure to cloud platforms — Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred; AWS or Azure experience is also welcome.
  • Quality Testing & Automation – Experience with automated testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Pact. Commitment to writing reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
