Impact Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Lead Maintenance Engineer to work for one of our clients based in Northampton on a permanent basis. This role will be based at their head site to lead and support the engineering processes and maintenance of the manufacturing site. This role will offer the scope for progression including a step up to Engineering Manager in the future. In this role you will not be sat behind a desk, you will be expected to be a hands on worker within the factory.
