This hands-on role supports low-volume, electro-mechanical batch production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Optimise manufacturing processes to improve cost, quality, and efficiency. Support daily production-resolve build and quality issues swiftly. Lead process development and testing for new product introductions (NPI). Maintain documentation, tools, and calibration of production equipment. Ensure ISO 9001 and QMS compliance; support COSHH and electrical safety. Investigate and resolve non-conformances with root cause analysis. Mentor junior engineers and production teams on process and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement and contribute to design-for-manufacture efforts.
