Developing a standard approach for selecting the priority improvements Soliciting ideas from workforce, analysis of quality data, SMA reviews, customer complaints, audit findings, PFMEA, process walks, benefit /effort analysis, Standards gaps, etc. Assigning resource to the priority projects, ensuring leaders/ teams have the required skills and support to deliver each projects Driving the development of people to close any Zero Defect toolset skills gaps required to deliver improvement projectsProfile
A successful Lead Manufacturing Engineer should have:
