Review combat design’s and provide Mechanical design feedback (Structural, Thermal & Hydraulic) in the Naval/Marine domain Take ownership of specific Mechanical design issues and manage Integrated Combat Systems Liaise with internal and external stakeholders while managing updates and design inputs Produce CS Mechanical design interface information Perform Engineering calculations and generate associated test specifications and procedures Produce Engineering Drawings in FORAN/CADS5/Viso to BS 8888 Qualifications
Essential:
Hydraulic / Pneumatic Systems Engineering experience Degree or HND qualified with experience Chartered or working towards Chartership Desirable:

The Platform Physical Design and Installation Service’s provides a key role in physically incorporating Integrated Combat System’s Equipment onto our Royal Navy Submarine Fleet. Role context
