Role:
This is a Senior / Lead / Principal role for Mechanical Engineer with experience in Offshore Wind Balance of Plant/ Equipment / Utilities - any of Cranes, pumps, generators, water systems, Lifting, HVAC, T&I, Topside design.
Essential to have senior mechanical engineering experience on BoP / equipment for offshore structures - ideally Offshore Substations. Would suit Senior / Principal / Lead with Background in the design of offshore equipment for either oil & gas, offshore wind.
Offshore engineering, construction, installation, commissioning and testing, operation, maintenance.
EPCI: any of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Operation and Maintenance for BoP for Offshore Platforms
BoP/ Offshore Equipment / Utilities for Offshore Wind or O&G substations/ platforms
any of: EPCI, Design, O&M, RAMS, Fabrication, Manufacturing, T&I or Commissioning
Writing / reviewing / improving Technical and Engineering Requirements
Review of bidders' technical offers
Technical / Design development clarifications
Experience
BoP/ Offshore Equipment / Utilities for Offshore Wind or O&G substations/ platforms
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical, Civil, Structural or similar.
EPCI: any of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance for Offshore Platforms
Advantage
Experience working with developer / EPCI contractor on Offshore structures
HVDC Offshore platforms
Location: UK or EU. Hybrid working (office & wfh).
Essential to have BoP / Equipment / O&M experience for Offshore Structures & Engineering degree. Experience can be either on Offshore Wind or O&G substations/ platforms
