The role holder will provide technical guidance and escalation support, optimise Intune and Autopilot provisioning and enhance the experience of 8,000 colleagues across 14 offices. You will contribute to process automation and service improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with teams in Azure, Power Platform and Server Management to deliver integrated solutions.
