At NICE, we challenge our limits and set high standards. We are looking for a talented Lead Performance Test Engineer to join our team in Southampton (hybrid). The role involves analyzing business scenarios, designing test scripts, executing performance runs, and identifying bottlenecks to improve system performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business scenarios and requirements
• Designing and executing performance tests
• Monitoring metrics and identifying bottlenecks
• Preparing test reports and providing performance tuning suggestions

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in Performance Testing, R&D, or System support/engineering
• Experience with web performance testing tools like K6, LoadRunner, JMeter
• Strong understanding of databases and cloud architectures
• Knowledge of automation, C#, Web API, Azure, and Agile testing methodologies

Additional advantages:

• Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, JavaScript, GIT, Linux/Unix
• Knowledge of security testing and relevant qualifications
