Lead Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer

to join our well-established client based across the UK – This role is covering London and South of England on a full-time permanent basis. Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent role - This role offers you the opportunity to be field based from your home which must in the South London or South of England area. Standard working hours with flexibility required to meet project deadlines – Standard 40 hrs – 8am on site Travel to client sites across the UK Salary: £50-60K per annum (depending on experience) plus £5K signing on bonus after 12 months Benefits: Company pension scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Overtime opportunities Career progression and professional development Full support for training and qualifications Company vehicle, fuel card, and equipment provided Day-to-Day Duties: Carry out pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework in line with industry standards Use chemicals, methodologies, and specialist equipment to remove debris and contaminants from systems Deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budgets Provide training, guidance, and supervision to assistants and team members Communicate with clients and colleagues, providing daily updates and progress feedback Maintain health & safety procedures at all times on-site for self and team members Keep accurate records of work completed and report issues to management Stay up to date with industry best practices and new cleaning technologies Essential Skills: Valid

SSSTS

and

CSCS
