Lead Product Engineer Southampton, Hampshire £50k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Great opportunity for an Engineer with responsibility for allocating and monitoring progress of tasks for technical members of the project team, in order to develop products in accordance with NPD process. The role requires close collaboration with the Project Manager and project team members to ensure adherence to the agreed Phase Gate and Product Development processes to ensure that Customer Requirements are defined and addressed and timeframes for project deliverables align with those agreed with the customer.
