Hybrid - 2-3 business days in office per week.

We’re looking for a Lead Engineer who can guide mid-size to large-scale projects from concept to completion, keep clients happy, and make decisions that actually stick. If you’re the type who thrives on problem-solving, loves a good challenge, and secretly enjoys the smell of a freshly opened ASME Code book… we should talk.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead engineering design changes and ensure everything meets the codes and standards you know by heart.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures like a detective — but with more math and fewer trench coats.
• Identify system improvements that boost efficiency, safety, and longevity.
• Work on both mechanical and civil projects (variety is the spice of engineering life).
• Serve as the bridge between clients and the technical team — no troll under the bridge jokes allowed.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (extra credit for MS or MBA).
• Experience managing mid-size to large engineering projects with capable teams.
• PE (Professional Engineer) license in the USA (bonus for multi-state credentials).
• Familiarity with AP1000 reactors, BWR, and PWR systems.
• Expertise in ASME, AISC, and related industry standards.
• Comfort with site travel and walkdowns.
• Skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, AutoPIPE, and clear, compelling technical writing.
