Job Title: Quality Engineer Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Sector: Aerospace Location: Weymouth Full Time: Monday - Thursday, with an early finish on Friday. We currently on the lookout for a Lead Quality Engineer to join a leading Manufacturer of high-technology components, systems and assemblies for the Defence, Aerospace and Commercial sectors. Quality Engineer's Daily tasks: Implement and monitor Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with AS9100, company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Support customer needs, including RCCA, business development, and workshops. Lead on all quality matters internally and externally, including with suppliers. Schedule and lead internal and external audits to maintain business accreditations. Support company Red Table/RCCA activities. Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager, with appropriate training or explanation. Support and present at key customer business reviews. Drive continuous improvement and eliminate Non-Value Added activities. Implement stronger quality controls and operating systems as a change agent.
