I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Lead Requirements Engineer to join their team

Opportunity:

The Vehicle Efficiency team is responsible for vehicle efficiency across all programs at the Client. EEM is part of the team and are responsible for electrical efficiency for all powertrain variants. Our Client is seeking a passionate and naturally influential Lead Requirements Engineer to lead the creation, development and maintenance of electrical efficiency requirements. This role is less about deep technical expertise in efficiency and more about championing the customer perspective, translating their needs into robust engineering requirements, and driving cross-functional alignment.

Key Accountabilities:

Requirements Authoring & Ownership:
