This is what you'll be doing In the role of Lead Shift Engineer , you will be working a 4on 4off shift Pattern with allocated 12 day break every 7 rotations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the shift covering both proactive and reactive maintenance routines on both facilities and production equipment, ensuring the team are adhering to all Health and safety requirements.
