This role is a site based role and requires strong organisational and inter-personal skills. The candidate will be expected to work autonomously as well as part of a team and will be responsible for delivering to their individual targets. The candidate will take a proactive role in ensuring that the full ranges of services are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the necessary safety and quality standards. The candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad depth of thinking, allowing them to consider the impact of their decisions before acting and use this skill to deliver a successful project. The role is both technical and practical. Principal Duties: This is role is primarily acting as the SPC (Site Person in Charge) but also as a member of the installation team as and when required. The candidate will report to the DB ESG Project Manager on a day to day basis during an install, feeding back on progress of the Project.
